Exhale Mail is a monthly envelope of nature-inspired paper treasures designed to bring a quiet pause, a little beauty, and an unexpected smile to an ordinary day.

When your envelope arrives, let it be a reason to pause. Put the other mail aside, make yourself comfortable, and take a few minutes to open it slowly. Look at the artwork, read the little notes, and enjoy what’s tucked inside. A small bit of me time, without another thing to do or get right.
You can’t always be there in person, but you can send a little something that says, “I’m thinking of you.” An envelope to open slowly, a note to read, and small treasures to enjoy—a few quiet moments that are just for them. Whether they’re having a hard week, recovering in the hospital, living in a nursing home, or simply deserve a little kindness, it’s a thoughtful way to help someone feel remembered.
Every edition begins with something I notice on a walk—an acorn, a shell, a flower, or another small bit of nature. That inspiration becomes a new collection created just for that month.

Exhale Mail grew from my love of noticing—the interesting shell on a walk, the shape of an acorn, the way leaves gather along the path. I create each edition to pass that feeling along: a reminder to slow down, notice the small moments, and be kind to yourself.
When your envelope arrives, I hope it feels like a quiet little message saying, “You matter. Take a breath. There is still beauty here.”
A few things to know before Exhale Mail finds its way to your mailbox.
Exhale Mail is sent on the 1st and 15th of each month. Your first envelope will be sent on the next available mailing date, followed by one newly themed envelope each month.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. To cancel, email exhalemail@icloud.com before your next billing date. Your cancellation will stop future renewals.
Gift subscriptions renew monthly until the purchaser cancels. One-time gifts are charged only once and do not renew. When ordering a one-time gift, you can choose the theme you’d like. The recipient’s first—or only—envelope includes a little notecard letting them know who the gift is from.
Natural pieces will vary in color, shape, and size. They are decorative keepsakes only—not food or pet treats—and are not guaranteed to grow if planted. Please keep small pieces away from young children and pets.
